Limited Company Accounts 

As a limited company, you are required to submit your annual accounts within 9 months of your year end. However the sooner they are prepared, the more notice you have of any potential issues and the more time you have to prepare to pay any tax due. We will prepare your Company Accounts for you, meet with you to explain them in detail, make any required adjustments and when you are completely happy with them, submit them to HMRC and communicate with HMRC on your behalf as required.
